This unidentified harp with 34 Strings was originally purchased by the owner's mother (now deceased) in Scotland in around 1990. While the harp shows it's age, it is a lovely instruments capable of producing a delicate tone favored by sweet harmonics that uplift its voice.  The Cherry wood is aesthetically stunning as is the attention to details of the feet and curvature of the harmonic arch.  Buyer should be aware of cracking in the soundboard which reflects its age -- this could be detrimental to the harp's longevity.  We have been unable to attribute this harp to any particular maker, though it shows influences of several fine contemporary makers.  Sold "as is" this harp is quite unique and will be a lovely addition to a diverse collection.
