The instruments in our Consignment Shop are offered to you as an opportunity to find gems in the rough. These are pre-owned, used instruments that folks have consigned to us for sale. They are not restored, often not immediately playable, but they have good bones and we sell them at prices that allow you to have restorations done. We will often offer to do these restorations too. All sales are "as is" unless you have selected to purchase them repaired or restored. If you wish to return the product purchased from the consignment shop, it needs to get returned within 15 days from the date of purchase--we'll happily refund the cost of the instrument! After 15 days, if we have not heard from you, we'll assume you're happy and the sale will become final. Buyers are advised to check the instrument when received to ensure 100 percent satisfaction. Although we are not responsible if something is missed, we do attempt to be 100% transparent in photography and written descriptions, and please feel free to ask if you have any questions... Lastly, we do not accept trade or rental equity towards the purchase of instruments on these pages.
