COVID-19 RENTAL SUPPORT. INSTRUMENT PROBLEMS.
During the school closures, self-quarantines and just wanting to apply an abundance of caution, many of us do not want to come into public spaces. But our instruments still need service! Vermont Violins can help keep you playing without leaving home. Many of the visits we get in our shop are to take care of things we can take care of remotely.
Vermont Violins has a very favorable shipping rate with UPS and we can generate mailing tickets that you can use to ship instruments to us for repair or replacement. We can also conduct rental exchanges, size-ups or quality-ups, all through the post! It couldn’t be easier…or safer!
Many of the instruments with problems that come to the shop could be addressed at home. Many can’t. If you complete this form, we can start the process of evaluation. Hopefully, we can simply give you some quick tips to address the issue. But if it needs more work, we can take care of getting the instrument back to us and a replacement sent out to you. It’s easy as we ship the replacement first which gives you all the packing material you need to get it back to us — and we’ll generate a UPS tag as well so all you have to do is repack your instrument and we’ll take care of the rest!

The goal is to have you without an instrument for as short a period as possible so you or your child can keep on practicing!

Vermont Violins moved to our current location on Burlington’s historic Church Street Marketplace in 2010. The Burlington Violin Shop was established over 20 years ago. Located in the Powerhouse Mall in NH, we opened a shop in 2003 for our customer base in the Upper Valley region servicing clients from the Upper Valley Music Center, Dartmouth College and outlying communities from the coast of Maine to Boston to Connecticut. The shop is easily accessible from I89 or I91. The beautiful woodwork and wrought iron decorations of the mall, alongside amazing acoustics, provide an aesthetically attractive location with ample shopping opportunities, including LL Bean, for other members of the family.
