A seasoned multi-instrumentalist (cello, violin, viola, voice) with decades of performance experience across diverse venues, including TV, radio, and the internet, I offer comprehensive string instruction. My teaching experience ranges from university and conservatory settings like Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the Chautauqua and Aspen Music Festivals, to guest lecturing and leading masterclasses nationwide. I currently teach violin, viola, cello, and bass to students of all ages and levels in Albany and Mechanicville, NY, and online, drawing upon a rich background of study with renowned musicians and participation in the Suzuki Method.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
My teaching approach is deeply informed by my extensive performance career and studies with world-class musicians and Suzuki trainers. I strive to impart not only technical proficiency on cello, violin, viola, and bass but also a genuine appreciation for musicality, drawing upon the best practices and concepts I've learned. I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students of all ages and levels, whether in person or online, and I am immensely proud of their progress and achievements.
