Vermont Violins West Lebanon Temporary Shop Closure - March 1 – Mid July, 2026
We are thrilled to share that we're relocating to a new space! Until we can reopen, we will do our best to provide adequate service to our Upper Valley community. Of course, we cannot provide the kind of service that we can with the storefront, but we will do our best and appreciate your patience during this transition.
We've put together several convenient options to make sure you continue to receive the service and instruments you need — with as little disruption as possible.
How Can We Help You During Our Move?

Option 1: Shop Online
Browse and purchase instruments, accessories, and rentals anytime at www.vermontviolins.com
Option 2: Mail-In Service (Light Weight Items Equivalent to Violins & Violas Only — UPS Deliveries Only)
Rental violins and violas may be ordered through our online rental form. We will waive shipping during the period of closure. Cellists and Bassists will be able to meet us in New Hampshire by appointment (Upper Valley clients/UPS only).
Concord NH, customers: We will be making deliveries to the Concord area, and we will try to incorporate all orders for rentals, and accessories into these trips. Free shipping will be offered as an alternative if our road trips result in an unreasonable delay.
Please note: UPS shipments only. No repair service available during this period. VV Rental Instrument Repairs are welcome.
Option 3: Wednesday School Delivery — Local Pick-Up & Drop-Off
We will be present at some school locations on selected Wednesdays during school run hours. Bring your instrument for pick-up or drop-off. Use the form below to make the arrangements.
Option 4: Align Inn Hotel
Schedule:
Selected Wednesdays: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm (see the form calendar)
Location: Align Inn Hotel, 5817 Woodstock Rd, Quechee, VT 05059
All product requests must be submitted by Monday 5:00pm to be fulfilled by the following Wednesday. Important Notice: If you have an appointment scheduled with us, please contact Ryan, Oren or our shop directly for directions or assistance. We kindly ask that you do not call or ask the Align Inn hotel regarding your violin appointment.
Option 5: Visit Us in South Burlington (By Appointment)
We welcome you to visit our South Burlington location by appointment.
