Note: It takes approximately 7 to 14 working days to ship consignment products depending on the type, location, and shipping considerations.

The instruments at our consignment shop are exclusive to our customers. If you wish to return the product purchased from the consignment shop, it needs to get returned within 15 days from the date of purchase. All sales will be considered final at the end of 15 days. After 15 days, the product will not be eligible for return or refund. Buyers are advised to check the instrument when received to ensure 100 percent satisfaction. Vermont Violins gives all information available to us regarding conditions apparent to the purchases. However, Vermont Violins will not be responsible for any unknown information missed from the buyer.
